I spent over 25 years at the center of the global energy transition—from leading commercial initiatives at Shell to scaling climate innovators like the LEAF Coalition and Arva.

What I discovered is that even the most brilliant sustainability strategies fail if they don't speak the language of commerce. I founded this consultancy to solve that fragmentation, helping leaders turn their decarbonization commitments into a genuine engine for growth.

Sustainability is a global challenge that requires local commercial nuance. My experience spans five continents and four commercial disciplines (sales, marketing, procurement, logistics), allowing me to help brands navigate the differing regulatory landscapes and procurement triggers of the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
